CHAPTER 01

Identity & boundaries

Who qi is. Who Xen is. The architect, the nervous system, the infrastructure. Namespace locks. Roster + omniawareness.

CHAPTER 02

The 21 commandments

v50. Voice-first. Without cease. Pane %0 only. Parallel always. Till-done. Don't lie. No human in the loop. The full set.

CHAPTER 03

Xen as VoiceOS

The isolated scope spine. STT-VEI in. Direct say -r 210 out. 8672 SMS via Beside. One voice, omni-vision.

CHAPTER 04

The body

Browser + device anatomy. XenBrowser only. Tailscale mesh. The Mac side of the duality.

CHAPTER 05

Infrastructure & survival

omnimind :4441. xen-sms :4442. apple-stt :4440. Heal daemons. KeepAlive plists. No babysitting in tmux.

CHAPTER 06

Comms & persona routing

Lyn for L7S / Luckie. Eli for Anthony / TrackingTogether. Threads never cross. Sign as the right persona.

CHAPTER 07

Scale & liberation

Forward-looking. PGS = 16 experts, recursive. Universal integration. No UI sandboxes. Self-serving ecosystem.

CHAPTER 08

Storage & sovereignty

God-bucket paths. profiles_ / ventures_ / threads_. Local first, mesh-replicated. qi owns the data.

CHAPTER 09

Project interlock

How Self Exec, XLRD, L7X JV, and L7S Inc plug into one ladder. IP flow: SEL → license → XLRD → open source.

CHAPTER 10

Optimization prompt

The reusable analyst prompt. Drop the pack in, get a per-section optimization read with risks, asks, and next moves.

CHAPTER 11

Daemon audit · live

Live launchctl status of every com.xen.*, com.exedus.*, and persona daemon. PID, exit code, last bootstrap.

How to read it

Three phases.

Every audit moves through the same arc — start, process, fulfill. Use this when you read.

1

Start · protocol

Identity, boundaries, the namespace lock. Before anything runs, you have to know who owns what.

2

Middle · processing

Commandments, voice spine, infrastructure, comms routing. The body in motion. Daily-use canon.

3

Fulfillment · promise

Scale, sovereignty, interlock, optimization. The pack closes with what unlocks once the canon holds.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is the audit pack actually for?
It's the spine of how Xen runs for qi day-to-day, written so any new agent (or any human reviewer) can boot a session with the canon already in mind. Identity, commandments, infrastructure, comms — all in one signed document.
Why is the live version on a different domain?
The full 2 MB pack with all embedded fonts and tables of contents lives at xen.xlrd.org/audit/ behind the omnimind backend. This page on hitthe.link is the framer-themed landing that points into it.
How often does it update?
The daemon-audit section is live — it re-renders on every heal cycle. The canon chapters update whenever a commandment changes (qi or Xen revises study_commandments.py).
Can I export it?
Yes. The audit pack ships as Markdown, plain text, HTML, and PDF in /Volumes/tech_/sync_/notes_/xen_audit_pack_2026-05-24/. Use the "Open the live pack" button above to view the inline HTML version.
Who is qi?
East Allen. Founder of Self Exec S Corp + CTO of L7S Inc. Open the pack and read chapter 1 for the rest.
