For years the operating habits lived only in my head. Now they live in code: every call gets answered, every message gets seen, every promise gets kept.

Plain talk: I stopped “trying to be consistent.” I built consistency into the tools so it happens whether I'm at my best or not.

Every new feature, idea, or tweak now has to pass three checks before it touches the parts of life that matter most — family, money, and health. If it fails, it stays in the lab.
