C.A.P.S & The P-Frameworks

The structured data set, in clean tables — the way the system actually maps out.

This is the structured data set derived from your C.A.P.S. + P-Frameworks source — the C.A.P.S knowledge pipeline plus the six proprietary L7S P-Frameworks, laid out as reference tables. Print or save to PDF straight from your browser.

C.A.P.S Model

C.A.P.S
The knowledge pipeline — how raw inputs become decision-ready intelligence: Capture → Archive → Present → Synthesize.
StageMeaningPurpose
Capture [C] Capture and Recording Pull in every raw source at the point it happens — meeting and call recordings, screen captures, voice notes, documents, screenshots, intake forms and field data — so nothing of value is lost before it can be worked.
Archive [A] Archive and Storage Store and organize what was captured in the project management platforms and knowledge bases (Asana, Notion, Obsidian) plus cloud storage — tagged, searchable and durable so any piece can be retrieved on demand.
Present [P] Presentation Turn the archived material into clear, shareable output using Gemini Gems, Gamma, NotebookLM and Canva — decks, briefs, visuals and notebooks built so the right people can actually consume it.
Synthesize [S] Synthesized Overview Summary Snapshots L7S S.O.S Compress everything into the L7S S.O.S Snapshot — a high-signal summarized overview that captures the state and the key takeaways at a glance, so a decision can be made without re-reading the source.
Pipeline flow: Capture sources & recordings → archive/store in PMPs (Asana, Notion, Obsidian) + cloud → present via Gemini Gems, Gamma, NotebookLM & Canva → synthesize into S.O.S. snapshot summaries.

The P-Frameworks

L7S's proprietary operating frameworks — the named systems that run agreements, roles, relationships, operations and triage.
FrameworkFull NameFunction
P.A.C.T.S. Agreement-to-Delivery Process Framework Governs the full path from a signed agreement to delivered work — the process that turns a "yes" into a completed, paid engagement.
P.A.R.T.S. "Parts to Play" — Roles & Responsibilities Framework Defines who plays which part — the roles, ownership and responsibilities so every person knows their lane and the work has no gaps.
P.O.P Culture Collections — Contacts / CRM System The relationship and contact system — how people, leads and partners are collected, classified and taxonomized into the CRM as "culture collections."
A.B.C.S. Operating & Training Backbone The core operating and training backbone — the standards, SOPs and onboarding that keep the whole system consistent and teachable.
W.A.T.E.R. Triage System A triage system for sorting and prioritizing what comes in — deciding what gets handled, in what order, and by whom.
W.O.M.E.N. Triage System A companion triage system — a second sorting/prioritization lens that routes items to the right response track.
Note: Each P-Framework is an acronym-driven operating system; the Function column states what each one is responsible for at a glance.
