NotebookLM Inventory

Every NotebookLM Pro notebook qi owns, grouped by Google account, with share-status and the one action needed to centralize everything onto the xlrdtech hub. NotebookLM is siloed per Google account — there is no cross-account view, so "one spot" means sharing each notebook to xlrdtech@gmail.com.

As of 2026-06-17 · counts pulled live via the notebooklm CLI (SELmcp research lens)

"Visible" = notebooks the CLI can enumerate from the 2 authenticated profiles (xlrdtech 427 + hero 31). The 3 pending accounts cannot be counted until their Google session is harvested — they are shown as a labeled empty state below, never with fabricated numbers.

The Hub

where everything should converge

xlrdtech

★ Central hub · wired

427 notebooks — 414 owned here + 13 already shared INTO this account from other Google accounts. This is the destination: the single login from which qi wants to reach everything. Auth healthy (local SID cookie, 44 cookies present).

No action — this is the target. The goal is to get the other accounts' notebooks shared to this address.

The 13 notebooks below are already centralized here (shared in from elsewhere) — proof the share-to-xlrdtech path works. The remaining 414 owned notebooks are not individually listed (too many to enumerate on one page); they are reachable from this login today.

31 notebooks — 28 owned by this account + 3 already shared in. The L7S / Project HERO, Bitcoin/USDT, Project BUILD, and Electric EATS research bodies live here. Auth healthy.

To centralize: open each owned notebook in NotebookLM logged in as hero@l7sinc.comShare → add xlrdtech@gmail.com as Editor. Requires qi (owner-permission action) — see playbook below.

Pending — not yet authenticated

configured as profiles but no Google session harvested

gxdcult

needs auth

Listed as a NotebookLM profile in the research lens but the profile directory and Google session do not exist yet, so its notebooks cannot be enumerated.

Harvest this account's Google session (cookie-harvest from qi's logged-in Comet), then re-run the inventory. Until then, count is genuinely unknown.

god.galleryllc

needs auth

Profile configured in the lens; not authenticated (no profile dir, no session). Notebooks cannot be enumerated yet.

Cookie-harvest the Google session for this account, then re-run inventory.

judahjohanson

needs auth

Profile configured in the lens; not authenticated (no profile dir, no session). Notebooks cannot be enumerated yet.

Cookie-harvest the Google session for this account, then re-run inventory.
Empty state, not zero: these 3 accounts may hold notebooks qi wants centralized — we simply cannot see them until each Google session is harvested. No counts are shown rather than invented. qi previously flagged "way more notebooks than that," and these unwired accounts are the likely gap.

How to centralize on xlrdtech

the exact steps · share = a Google permission action
  1. Decide the model. "One spot" = either (a) share each non-xlrdtech notebook TO xlrdtech@gmail.com so it appears under one login, or (b) keep the wired-profile model where the CLI/lens reaches all accounts. Sharing gives a single Google login; profiles give a single CLI. qi picks.
  2. For the 28 hero notebooks (share path): in a browser logged in as hero@l7sinc.com, open each notebook → click Share (top-right) → add xlrdtech@gmail.com as Editor → Send. This is an owner-permission action — only qi (or qi-authorized browser auth) may perform it. East does not change sharing permissions.
  3. Authenticate the 3 pending accounts (gxdcult, god.galleryllc, judahjohanson): cookie-harvest each Google session via the Comet daemon (comet-nblm-harvest), or notebooklm login per profile. Then they become enumerable.
  4. Re-run the inventory across all 5 profiles to get the true total and the full list of owned-elsewhere notebooks to share.
  5. Batch-share what's left. Repeat step 2 for every owned notebook in each newly-authenticated account, adding xlrdtech@gmail.com as Editor.

NotebookLM has no API/CLI command to add a share recipient — sharing is dashboard-only and owner-gated. The safe, fully-automatable part is enumeration (done here for the 2 wired accounts) and auth-harvest; the share clicks themselves need qi or qi-authorized browser auth.
