The orchestration layer for AI, automation & security

XLRD Tech doesn't sell generic AI. We diagnose the gaps in your business and prescribe the exact systems you need, end to end, an omega approach that runs from diagnosis straight through to delivery. This page explains how that work is structured and priced.

Two ideas drive everything: the tech stack you need, and the units you receive.
I · The Model

How we price: Stacks, Units & Packages

three terms, one clear structure
🧱
Concept 01

Tech Stacks

The complete set of tools a company needs to operate. There are two kinds: a software tech stack (the apps, sites, and automations) and a hardware tech stack (the physical devices and equipment). The stack is the architecture, what the business actually runs on.

Two kinds → Software stack · Hardware stack

Concept 02

Units

The deliverables, priced. A unit is the tangible thing you pay for and receive, a consultation, a built website system, a configured automation, a report or sheet, a generated video. Units are priced either as concrete outputs or as blocks of time.

A unit is → a thing you receive, priced by output or by time

Concept 03

Packages

A package is a bundle of the tech-stack components a particular type of customer needs, assembled into one offering. Instead of buying pieces one at a time, a customer gets the right stack of units matched to their situation.

A package = the right stack of units for a given customer type

Unit Stack What you receive Price
Website System
Software
Web presence A full rebuild, plus hosting and ongoing maintenance, so the site stays live, current, and working as the front door of the business. Scoped per engagement
Go Green Contractor Program
Software
Web + leads A purpose-built site plus a steady stream of monthly leads, bundled into one program for contractors in the green / sustainable space. $250per month
Social Media & Distribution
Software
Distribution The stack that gets your message out and keeps it consistent across channels, content distribution wired into the rest of the system. Scoped per engagement
AI Automation Units
Software
Automation Configured automations that capture leads and run outreach, the routine work handled by the system instead of by hand. Scoped per engagement
Security + Cyber-Insurance Layer
Hardware + Software
Protection The protection layer that secures the business and bridges it to cyber-insurance coverage, the piece that makes the whole stack defensible. Scoped per engagement

The $250/mo Go Green program is a fixed published figure. Remaining units are scoped per engagement, because the right configuration depends on the diagnosis of your specific business.

III · The Principle

Why we price in units

value made explicit

The simple test behind every price

"If you paid for it, what did you receive?"

Unit-based pricing exists to answer exactly that. Every dollar maps to a tangible deliverable, a built website system, a configured automation, a generated video, a block of consulting time. Nothing is vague, nothing is bundled into a fog of "services."

Because each unit is either a concrete output or a defined block of time, the value is visible before you commit and accountable after. You can see what a package is made of, swap units in or out, and scale exactly where it matters. That is the discipline of an orchestration layer: diagnose the gap, prescribe the stack, price it in units you can hold.

The first unit
Start with the diagnosis

Every engagement opens the same way: we look at your business, find the gaps, and prescribe the exact stack, then price it in units you can see. The first step is a consultation, a defined block of time, and the rest follows from what we find.
